Har precis skickat ett argt mail till Scrapbook nook. De tog pengar från mitt konto i januari fast de inte skulle och när jag frågade varför gav de mig ingen ursäkt och ingen förklaring bara att jag nu betalat för Mars kitet och att de kommer dra pengar igen för frakten. Inte ens en ursäkt...jag har verkligen rätt att vara förbannad och detta är inte första gången de gör fel.
I have just sent an angry mail to The Scrapbook nook kit owner. They took money from my account in January even though I had paid for three months( until the Feb kit). When I asked them why they didn't even have an excuse or an I am sorry. They just said that I now had paid for the March kit and that they would charge me again for the postage. I am so angry, and I am never buying anything from them again!
